Every day I used 2000 Calories in whole day. That means these 2000 Calories are used in body functional activities like Breathing , brain , food digestion etc.
If I want to gain my weight I need to eat more 300 - 400 Cal , then it will store in my body and it will help me to weight gaining.
*What type of food should eat to gain weight ?
1. Protein :- Meat ,Egg ,Fish - Non-veg food.
Milk ,Soybean ,Legumes - Veg Food.
2. Carbohydrate :- Rice , Oats ,Sweet Potato - Veg Food.
3. Fat :- Peanut Butter ,Almonds ,Ghee ,Butter ,Oils. - Veg Food.
4. Nutrients :- Cauliflower ,Spinach ,Coconut water - Veg Food.
* Workout & sleep is necessary ?
- One hour daily workout is very important because 1 Hr. workout will Increased Your life up-to 10 Hrs.
- Sleep or rest is very important factor You Must be sleep 7-8 Hrs.
Weight Gain (100% ) = Diet (50%) + Workout (25%) + Rest (25%).
